2 Green Onions
2 Garlic Cloves
1/2 tsp. Garlic and Parsley Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
Preparation
Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into 1" pieces.
Trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate.
Mince garlic.
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with garlic and parsley seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Assemble the Broccoli and Chicken
Place broccoli, 1 tsp. olive oil, minced garlic, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper on one half of prepared baking sheet. Massage oil and seasonings into broccoli. Spread into a single layer on their side.

Roast in hot oven until broccoli is browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.
While broccoli and chicken roast, continue recipe.
